Wine produced with grapes harvested and selected manually, taken immediately to the wine cellar where they were gently pressed in a way to preserve all varietal aromas. The alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature between 24ºC and 26ºC, in order to preserve the full elegance and aromatic characteristics.
With a live ruby and sparkling colouring. Aromatically reminds us of red fruits and compotes, well conjugated with notes of vanilla and cocoa. It enters soft and velvety ending with an elegance that only a red wine born by the sea can make us feel such a sublime sensation.
