Arinto, Alvarinho, Encruzado
Wine produced with grapes harvested and selected manually, taken immediately to the wine cellar where they were gently pressed in a way to preserve all varietal aromas. The alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature between 12ºC and 15ºC, in order to preserve the full elegance and aromatic characteristics.

Volatil Acidity: 0,35 g/L
Total Acidity: 5,5 g/L
Yellow straw coloured. It brings alive and cheers our olfactive memories of vegetable, floral and ripe citrus fruit aromas. It begins deep and fresh, ending with such an elegance that only a white wine born by the sea could make us feel such a sublime sensation.
