Wine produced with grapes harvested and selected manually, taken immediately to the wine cellar where they were gently pressed in a way to preserve all varietal aromas. The alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature between 12ºC and 15ºC, in order to preserve the full elegance and aromatic characteristics.
With limpid and shining aspect, it presents a beautiful onion peel colour with a pinky tonality. In the nose offers a tasteful combination of fruity aromas, fresh red fruits. On the palate the wine arises in a very soft and attractive way, revealing fresh balanced aromas with a refreshing and balanced acidity combined with an elegant mellow sweetness. Long and persistent aromatic ending.
