Wine produced with grapes harvested and selected manually, taken immediately to the wine cellar where they were gently macerated in a way to preserve all varietal aromas. The alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature between 12ºC and 15ºC, in order to preserve the full elegance and aromatic characteristics. Afterwards the wine staged for 6 months in small pieces of clay, and then for 4 months in oak barrels.

Beautifully yellow straw coloured. With vegetable, balsamic and empyreumatic aromas, it rekindles and rejoices our fragrance memory. In the mouth it’s elegant, fresh and deep, with a fruity finish, a sublime feeling that only a white wine born by the sea can make us experience.
