Wine produced with grapes harvested and selected manually, taken immediately to the wine cellar where they were gently pressed in a way to preserve all varietal aromas. The alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature between 12ºC and 15ºC, in order to preserve the full elegance and aromatic characteristics, with 25% of the lot staging in French oak barrels.
Looking clear and bright, presents a beautiful pale pink colour. In the nose it offers a tasty combination of fruity aromas, fresh redberries. On the palate the wine arises very softly and attractive, revealing fresh aromas balanced with a refreshing and counterbalanced acidity, combined with an elegant mellow sweetness. Aromatic and persistent finish.
