Arinto, Fernão Pires and Sauvignon Blanc
Wine produced with grapes harvested and selected manually, taken immediately to the wine cellar where they were gently pressed in a way to preserve all varietal aromas. The alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature between 12ºC and 15ºC, in order to preserve the full elegance and aromatic characteristics.
With limpid and shining aspect, it presents a yellow citric colour, with a beautiful greenish tonality. In the nose offers a tasteful combination of floral and citrus aromas.
