Wine produced with grapes harvested and selected manually, taken immediately to the wine cellar where they were gently pressed in a way to preserve all varietal aromas.
The alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature between 24ºC and 26ºC, in order to preserve the full elegance and aromatic characteristics.

In the nose offers a tasteful combination of strawberry and cherry aromas and a light vanilla nuance. On the palate the wine arises in a very soft and attractive way, revealing aromas of red fruits with a refreshing and balanced acidity combined with an elegant mellow sweetness.
