Straw colored wine with greenish hints, floral and citric aromas, some minerality and a very light toast.
In the tasting it presents a balanced acidity and a pleasant aftertaste.
Wine produced with grapes harvested and selected manually, immediately going to the cellar where they were gently pressed in order to preserve all the varietal aromas. The alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats with a controlled temperature between 12ºC and 15ºC to safeguard all the elegance and aromatic characteristics.
Great combination with various fish dishes.
