Straw-coloured wine, aroma of unripe fruit, with emphasis on green apple and some floral notes. It is a very fresh wine, with good acidity and a smooth and pleasant finish.
Wine produced with grapes harvested and selected manually, taken immediately to the cellar where they were gently pressed in order to preserve all varietal aromas. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in a stainless steel vat with controlled temperature 12ºC to 15ºC to preserve all elegance and aromatic characteristics.
Great combination with various fish dishes.
