Enology

Wine produced with grapes harvested and selected manually, immediately going to the cellar where they were gently pressed in order to preserve all the varietal aromas. The alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats with a temperature controlled between 12ºC and 15ºC to safeguard all the elegance and aromatic characteristics.
