Sparkling Wine Brut

With limpid and shining aspect, it presents a yellow citric colour, with a beautiful greenish tonality. In the nose offers a tasteful combination of floral aromas. On the palate the wine arises in a very soft and attractive way, revealing fresh balanced aromas with a refreshing and balanced acidity, combined with an elegant mellow sweetness. Long and persis- tent aromatic ending.
Wine produced with grapes harvested and selected manually, taken immediately to the wine cellar where they were gently pressed in a way to preserve all varietal aromas. The alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature between 12oC and 14oC, in order to preserve the full elegance and aromatic characteristics. The second fermentation was carried out in bottle by the traditional method for 20 months, with subsequent manual remuage.
