Test results

Straw colored wine with greenish hints, aroma of white fruit and some asparagus. It is a wine with good structure, unctuousness and a persistent finish.

Enology

Wine produced with grapes harvested and selected manually, taken immediately to the cellar where they were gently pressed in order to preserve all varietal aromas. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in a stainless steel vat with controlled temperature 12ºC to 15ºC, in order to preserve all the elegance and aromatic characteristics.

Great combination with various fish dishes.
