Test results

Bright in appearance, very clear, with a tear present, in color the wine is straw yellow, with a greenish tinge, when it reaches the nose comes the aromatic explosion, a cocktail of aromas that range from the edge of the sea, with some sea air, to to the orchard with green and very fresh fruit. In the mouth it has a Brejinho personality and complexity given by the wood and the location of our farm, it is Atlantic, there is no doubt, very fresh, somewhat saline and very gastronomic. Try pairing it with a sunset by the sea, a light and fresh dish, hair still wet after a dip in the sea.

Enology

The Sauvignon variety has a perfect connection to moderately cool climates, which enhance the aromatic side of the variety, light fresh fruit, herbs and tropical aromas.

Test results

Clear and very shiny, with a viscous and very dense tear, its color is a dazzling and magnificent ruby that catches the eye.
Aromatically, the wine is surprisingly fresh and intense, leaving even the most skeptical people stuck in the glass, due to its lightness and personality, in the mouth it is explosive, very gastronomic and fruity. It is a unique and oenologically unrepeatable wine, enjoy this limited edition in good company, pairings include meat and game dishes.

Enology

Being on the verge of being the most planted red variety in Portugal, there is an almost perfect connection with our Atlantic terroir and our winemaker. Called Touriga Francesa for many decades, it has a peculiar characteristic. In grapes it knows nothing and in wine it knows everything. It's an alchemy that's hard to explain, but it happens.
